Lighthouse Tees was built on family, creativity, and a genuine love for South Haven.

Nestled inside our one-of-a-kind lighthouse-shaped shop, you'll find locally designed apparel, unique souvenirs, children's apparel, toys, and gifts that celebrate everything we love about life along the lakeshore. Every design is thoughtfully created right here in South Haven and produced locally through our family's screen-printing business, Little Oscars. Keeping our products local allows us to support our community while creating items that are made with care and meant to last.

Although Lighthouse Tees officially opened its doors in 2023, the idea began with someone very special to our family. Mary had retired, but anyone who knew her knew that retail was simply in her blood. Looking for a new adventure, she teamed up with her family to bring a small dream to life. Together, they carefully selected products, created original designs, and transformed a tiny lighthouse-shaped building into a shop that reflects everything we love about South Haven.

Today, the store is lovingly run by Shanna DeVries Merrill and her mother, Mary DeVries. Together, they continue to curate every collection, develop original artwork with the help of Lindy DeVries and Rowan Merrill, and search for products that capture the spirit of our lakeshore community. Rather than recreating what other tourist shops are selling across the U.S, we strive to offer fresh, thoughtful designs that are uniquely South Haven each summer.

For most of our family, South Haven isn't just where we work—it's home. We've been fortunate to grow up here, make lifelong memories here, and build our family businesses here. We feel incredibly grateful to call this community home, and we hope every shirt, sweatshirt, hat, and souvenir gives visitors a chance to take a little piece of South Haven with them.

While we're still a young business, we've been amazed by the support we've received from both locals and visitors. Thanks to you, we're excited to continue growing and are thrilled to launch our online store in Fall 2026, making it easier than ever to bring a little bit of South Haven wherever life takes you.
